Marina and Beach Properties at Los Miradores del Puerto (9 Properties): Los Miradores del Puerto is located in the 5 star zone near the tip of the La Manga strip. All of the apartments to let have views out over the largest marina on the Costa Calida as well as the entrance waterway, where boats travel from the Mediterranean to the Mar Menor. These Costa Calida apartments are 5 minutes stroll to the beaches of both the Mar Menor and Mediterranean and have restaurants and a supermarket close by. The Marina is a 20 minute walk and has many restaurants and bars. This is good family holiday location in Summer and a quiet chill out location out of season.

Beach Properties at Jardines de Veniciola (1 Property): Jardines de Veniciola is located near the very tip of the La Manga Strip. The apartments to let have views over the park and are 2 minutes stroll to a beautiful beach on the Mar Menor (our favourite) and just 5 minutes stroll to the beach of the Mediterranean. The development has a communal pool. There are several restaurants within 5 minutes stroll, 2 small supermarkets and a bakery. There is also a golf driving range and 9 hole par 3 golf course just a 5 minute stroll away. This is very good family holiday location in Summer and a quiet chill out location out of season.

Marina and Beach Properties at Marinesco 2 (1 Property): Marinesco 2 has penthouse apartment to let overlooking the largest marina on the Costa Calida. These 3 bedroom penthouse properties are split over the 5th and 6th floors with a large private rooftop solarium on the 7th floor. Excellent views from balconies on each floor. The properties have 3 large communal pools and a tennis court. The rental properties are just 3 minutes stroll to the heart of the Tomas Maestre Marina with it’s many restaurants and bars and a 5 minute stroll from the beaches of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean. This is very good family holiday location in Summer and a quiet chill out location out of season.

The apartment overlooks the large communal pools ( 3 pools ) and tennis court. The rental property is only 2 minutes stroll to the heart of the Tomas Maestre Marina with it’s many restaurants and bars and a 5 minute stroll from the beaches of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean. This is very good family holiday location in Summer and a quiet chill out location out of season.

Beach Properties at Las Gondolas (1 Property): The apartment to let at Las Gondolas is located at Veniciola which is at the tip of the La Manga Strip on the Costa Calida in Spain. This rental property is located 1minute stroll from a large beach on the Mediterranean and 2 minutes stroll from the Mar Menor beach. There are several restaurants and bars a short stroll away as well as 2 small supermarkets and a bakery. A 5 minute stroll away is a golf driving range and 9 hole par 3 golf course. They are located on an 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and the resort is 15 minutes drive from the airport (Murcia) and 15 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Calida. The resort has at present a beautiful golf clubhouse with bars and an excellent restaurant and pro shop, there is also a large supermarket on site and a pharmacy and clinic. New facilities will be coming on stream during 2007 including more restaurants. There are several other golf courses closeby including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Roda, La Serena, Hacienda del Alamo and of course La Manga Club. These properties offer stunning views, communal pools and are fantastic for self catering golf holidays in Spain as well as family holidays on the Costa Calida.
