 The rental apartments are only 100 yards to the Mar Menor beaches and 400 yards from the Mediterranean beaches and so are excellent as a family holiday destination. The La Manga strip is a unique location in Europe, set between 2 seas, the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, with extensive sandy beaches on both sides. There is a 9 hole pitch & putt golf course with driving range just 400 yards away, 2 supermarkets, a bakery and 5 restaurants all within 500 yards.
 All of the properties have large south facing balconies overlooking the gardens. There is a communal pool for the development. The rental apartments consist of – entrance hall, lounge, separate kitchen with separate utility area, 2 (or 3 bedrooms) one of which is en suite, 2 bathrooms – one with full bath the other with shower. There is a large balcony facing south over the gardens.
The bus service runs along the strip every half hour, stopping at several points on the strip and ending at the fishing village of Cabo de Palos, which is renowned in the area for it’s excellent fish restaurants. The World famous La Manga Club golf course is 20 minutes drive and is located next to the Calblanque Regional Park, a protected area ideal for walking, mountain biking and including some outstanding unspoiled golden sand beaches, the best on the entire coast. The Mar Menor is extremely safe and very warm, it is ideal for all kinds of watersports, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkling or just swimming. There is a sailing school within a short walk and several marinas in the area.
 The properties are 45 minutes drive from the local airport of Murcia (San Javier) which is becoming more and more popular with the low cost airlines (Ryanair, Jet2, FlyBE, Easyjet, BMIbaby, BA) from several locations in the UK. (Alicante is 1hr 20 mins drive)
